It’s Thompsons 70 year anniversary! Since registering the name on 5th May 1954, the company has gone from strength to strength throughout the years to become a recognised Renault and Isuzu truck dealer across East England. Each of our 7 depots continues to provide the best customer service by following the core values that drive us: going the extra mile, doing things properly, and having a good attitude. To celebrate Thompsons 70th Anniversary, the HR team embarked on an exciting journey! They toured all 7 depots in 7 days to connect with the incredible staff who drive the company forward. This initiative aims to boost employee engagement, understand daily operations, and foster positivity throughout the sites. The HR department thoroughly enjoyed spending time with the teams at each site and hopes it helped employees discover benefit schemes available to them.
